Revised Ending

As mentioned in an earlier post I was considering changes to my weak ending, I decided that the earlier ending of him being forgiven by the ghost didn’t seem believable, as far as ghost stories go. This lead me to my new ending which will be edited into my storyboard just after the character lays on the bed instead of the bathroom scene. The character will be overcome with guilt as we have seen him throughout the sequence. He is further haunted by the ghost, until eventually he is tormented and various signs give the audience the idea that the character wants to end his life. I haven’t figured out all the details but eventually the protagonist will eventually end up dying either suicide or accidental. The last 30 seconds consist of the protagonist walk out in front of a car, the screen goes black as they collide then we hear the sound of the driver ring the ambulance, the sirens the heartbeat, then a flat line, as if the story will restart with a new character.

The Plan

I feel as though I have done all of my preparation before I begin filming, hopefully I can take the camera home and get my filming done over the Christmas holidays meaning that when I come back I will be ready to edit. I feel as though there will be some tweaks to the ending of my film, which I will have to change in both my script and storyboard.

What I have been doing this week.

Recently I uploaded my storyboard however as i drew the storybooards in pencil they didnt come up on the computer well enough. Since last week I have gone over all my stroryboard in black pen so it can be seen better. I have started to cut down the pictures to put them into a animatic to upload them to my blog other monday or tuesday.
